Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of Aashique Rasul Travel & Services’ website and the provision of our Umrah travel services. By using our website and services, you agree to comply with these terms.
Bookings & Payments
- A deposit of SGD$2000 is required to confirm your Umrah package booking.
- The final balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the departure date.
- Failure to make timely payments may result in the cancellation of your booking.
- All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are subject to change based on availability.
Cancellation & Refunds
- Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds are subject to airline, hotel, and service provider policies.
- Aashique Rasul Travel & Services is not responsible for any loss or additional costs incurred due to cancellations, delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Refunds for flight tickets are subject to the airline’s cancellation policy.
Travel Documents & Requirements
- Pilgrims are responsible for ensuring they meet all travel and visa requirements, including passport validity, vaccinations, and other necessary documentation.
- Aashique Rasul Travel & Services will assist with visa applications, but we are not liable for visa rejections or delays beyond our control.
- Pilgrims must carry their identification and security pass during the pilgrimage.
Limitation of Liability
Aashique Rasul Travel & Services is not liable for:
- Delays, cancellations, or changes to travel itineraries due to weather, government restrictions, or other external factors beyond our control
- Personal injury, illness, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the trip
- Any additional expenses incurred by the pilgrim as a result of changes to the itinerary
Travel Insurance
- It is mandatory for all pilgrims to have travel insurance that covers the full duration of the Umrah journey, including medical emergencies, cancellations, and loss of personal items.
- Aashique Rasul Travel & Services is not responsible for any costs incurred due to lack of travel insurance.
Use of Website
- By accessing and using our website, you agree to use it for lawful purposes only. You must not engage in any activity that may damage, impair, or interfere with the website’s functionality or accessibility.
- Any personal information provided through the website must be accurate and complete.
Intellectual Property
